WHERE YOUR SPONSORSHIP GOES
Producing an event of this scale in a village of fewer than 1,400 residents is a significant undertaking. Our 2026 production budget is approximately $84,000.
Sponsorship dollars help cover professional production and event management, lighting and sound, City of Douglas services, Fire and EMS, sanitation, marketing, T-shirts, local artists and photographers, rentals, equipment, and other costs required to produce the parade.
We work hard to keep as much of this investment as possible in our local community.
In 2026, that includes $23,000 for professional lighting and sound, $15,000 for City of Douglas services and police, $3,500 for Fire and EMS, $4,000 for local T-shirt printing, $3,000 for sanitation, and $6,000 for local creative services including photography and artwork.
