The Douglas Halloween Parade draws nearly 20,000 visitors each year, making it one of the biggest weekends of the season. While the event doesn’t generate revenue on its own, it creates enormous economic impact and brings national attention to our community.

Banner to Lead Parade: You will get a large 96”x36” banner with your name or logo on it. You’ll be positioned at the front of the VIP lineup to go first after the Pumpkin King.
VIP Parking Spaces: 3 VIP parking spaces near lineup
VIP Lineup Passes: 10 free passes to the VIP lineup area, that will lineup at 9:30 pm on Mixer.
Booth in Beery Field: You may setup a 10' x 20' tent or booth on the basketball court to promote or sell your products or services from 4 pm to 1 am.
Participant Marketing: You will be permitted up to 4 individuals who can market directly to the audience from the parade route prior to the event.
Website: Your linked logo will be included in the footer of each page of the website. You’re logo and ad graphic will be featured prominently on the 2025 Sponsor page indefinitely and on the home page of the website until next year. You may update your ad graphic on the homepage up to once a month until next year.
